They are always friendly and willing to help here. The units are kept clean and I’ve always felt safe throughout the property. This is my first storage rental experience, so I can’t compare it to any other (I can say it’s better than my experience with PODS!), but I would recommend this business for your storage needs.

I just wanted to thank Lorenzo for being so kind and efficient during the whole process. I reserved the unit the day prior and I immediately got an email confirming my reservation and a call and email the next day from Lorenzo confirming my rental. When we arrived Lorenzo was very friendly and communicative about the rental and all that was included. He showed us the unit, explained the lock and then he went over the lease with me and sent me links to automatically open the gate with my phone and to set up auto debit for my unit. The rental includes a free truck which is super helpful in the moving process. Overall it was the best deal I was able to find and I’m very pleased with the service that Lorenzo provided me.

We have used a lot of storage companies and this place is by far THE BEST. Lorenzo Hernandez is the nicest, most efficient person I've met!! I had to switch units at the last minute and he was so helpful and made our hold experience a breeze. I highly recommend Securlock if you're looking for a well-kept, safe, and friendly place! It's rare you find someone who genuinely loves what he does and it shows. Lorenzo is that kind of person. He also buys THE BEST candy for the counter! Excellent service. Excellent facility.
