Securlock offers auctions on items that have been left behind by previous owners. Not only is this a great way for us to keep our spaces open for new customers, but it allows for you to get great deals on a variety of different items.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF AUCTION
1.
This
public sale of personal property by competitive bidding is
being held pursuant to the Self-Service Storage Facilities
Act, Statutes of the State of Texas. The sale is subject
to the right of the Tenant or lien holder to redeem the
property any time prior to the gavel falling.
2.
Securlock
Self Storage, the holder of the sale, reserves the right
to remove any lot from the sale.
3.
All
bidders must register in advance of bidding the day of the
auction at the sale location.
4.
No smoking
during the auction.
5.
Property
in the spaces may be sold by items, batch or space. All
lots will be sold to the highest bidder for CASH.
6.
All
purchases must be paid for by cash, money order, or
certified check immediately after all spaces have been
sold. Sales tax will be added, collected and reported.
Dealers may provide resale certificates in lieu of sales
tax.
7.
All goods
are sold as is, where is and no guarantees or warranties
are made.
8.
Each buyer
secures the space with his/her own lock until the end of
the day when the space is vacated.
9.
Securlock
Storage Center may require a CASH deposit of up to $200
per purchased unit which will be refundable only after all
contents purchased have been removed from the property and
the unit left broom clean. If the unit is not emptied and
cleaned as agreed, any or all of the deposit may be
forfeited.
10.
When
selling by space, everything in the space will be sold as
one lot and must be removed from the space on the day of
the sale. THIS INCLUDES TRASH. Any unwanted items in a
space you purchase must be hauled off the property. The
use of the Securlock dumpster is prohibited. At
Securlock’s option, buyer may make arrangements to extend
the removal deadline an additional 24 hours. After that
time, items left in the space become the sole property of
Securlock Storage Center and the buyer will be REQUIRED to
post a $200 deposit at any future Securlock Storage Center
auction.
11.
No
recording equipment of any type is allowed on the property
before, during, or after the auction. This includes but
not limited to, audio recording, still photo cameras, or
any type of video recording devices.
12.
WE REQUEST
THAT ANY PERSONAL ITEMS (photos and photo albums, family
bibles, birth certificates, personal papers) be returned
to Securlock so that we can attempt to return them to the
owner(s).
Scheduled Auctions
NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE of property
to satisfy landlord’s lien. Sale is 9:30 am, December
22, 2011 at 2060 Hedgcoxe, Allen, Texas. Property will
be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Cleanup and
removal deposit may be required. Seller reserves the
right to withdraw property from sale. Property includes
contents of spaces of the following tenants: RUDY
PALACIOS, guitar, bikes, suitcase, household items,
weights, dorm frig, boxes of unknown contents; RENEE
BESA, vacuum, boxes and totes of unknown content, step
stool, bedding, rug; RENEE BESA, mattress, frig,
dresser, bike, boxes and totes of unknown content.
